 Timed to coincide with the start of the 2010 legislative session, the CalWatchdog project (www.calwatchdog.com) is designed to provide investigative coverage of the state’s increasingly dysfunctional government and to provide enterprising news reports that often are overlooked by other media--especially in a time of cutbacks in state Capitol coverage by struggling newspapers.
