Some expenses coming from Marcy for advertising and programs for the panel discussion

7. Change to Credit Union
Aubrey was on the phone for over an hour with the IRS-- explained the situation, and received a copy of the new form we were waiting on with our Federal ID number.

Still needed:
i. Copy of the resolution from the meeting minutes authorizing the change -- Les will write up a formal resolution on this.
ii. Copy of our bylaws or charter -- we don’t know if we have these, but Marcy might know
iii. Formal notice of organization for California political body

Hopefully in the next month we will have all the needed paperwork and can make an appointment to open our account.

8. 4th Annual Panel Discussion
This is happening tomorrow night (11 June) at the Latino/Hispanic conference room. Aubrey bought water and some crackers, will bring literature and sign in sheet. Marcy is bringing the souvenir programs. We don’t have microphones, but looking into a way to workaround this. Also some video recording would be nice.

9. Pride 2017 (June 24 - 25)
Reprint coming for the pamphlet we give out, originally written by Michael Acree. We are updating to reflect some of the progress of civil liberties. We are looking for volunteers, anyone who can help would be very welcome. We will have the world’s smallest political quiz and the spinning wheel of crazy laws.
